Konrad Tajduś
President of the Management Board
A graduate of the Krakow University of Economics, majoring in foreign trade. He also graduated in computer science with specialization in IT systems at the AGH University of Krakow and has a postgraduate diploma in Technology & Chemical and Process Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. He holds an international certificate Management in Engineering I – issued by MITx. He is fluent in English, which has been confirmed by the LCCI certificate issued by the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and speaks Czech on a communicative level.
He has over twenty years of experience in business.
He started his professional career at Accenture - an international business consulting company, where, as a manager, he was responsible for the preparation and implementation of IT projects and large process and system transformation programs.
In the years 2011-2016 he was associated with the ORLEN Group, where he started working as the Process Optimization Director of Unipetrol RPA (now ORLEN Unipetrol), next to become a Member of the Board of Directors at Ceska Rafinerska. From January 2014 he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors at ORLEN Eko and in 2015 he became the CEO of ORLEN Południe.
For the last 7 years, he has worked in key managerial positions at Accenture, where he was responsible, among others, for: the development of the IT technology area and the digital transformation and industry 4.0 agenda for selected large industry sectors in Poland.
He is a competent person with extensive experience in enterprise management, its operational processes, as well as in building and implementing the company's strategy. He was responsible for restructuring and optimization programs aimed at improving the economic and operational efficiency of the company and for implementing organizational and process harmonization in post-merger programs.
Dariusz Grębosz
Member of the Management Board
Completed postgraduate studies in Managing Shareholder value at the Warsaw School of Economic (SGH) and MBA studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam / Gdańsk University / GFKM). He also completed many courses in management and marketing, including: at the University of Pittsburgh and at the Babson College in U.S.A. Graduate of the SGGW Warsaw.
He was professionally associated with ORLEN S.A. for nearly 20 years, where he served as Director of the Investor Relations Office. He took an active part in key projects related to strategy building, mergers and acquisitions, and issues of shares and bonds. He cooperated with global and domestic investment banks and law firms. He was responsible for contacts with investors and shareholders, including the largest domestic and global investment funds. He was responsible for fulfilling the information obligations of a public company, as well as cooperation with capital market institutions, including: WSE, KNF, KDPW, London Stock Exchange, Securities Exchange Commission, and The Bank of New York Mellon.
During his career, he also conducted consulting activities in the field of management, corporate communication and investor relations. He cooperated with companies from the construction chemicals, renewable energy construction (wind and PV farms), electromobility and energy sectors. For the last 2.5 years he was a Member of the Management Board / Co-owner at Maaran Sp. z o. o. Sp. k., a company conducting development activities, where he was co-responsible for managing implemented projects and obtaining sources of financing. He was a Member of the Supervisory Boards of public and non-public companies.
Capital market, management and communication expert with over 25 years of experience in international markets in project management, building international relations, obtaining financing, corporate communication and investor relations. He has been awarded many times and distinguished in rankings with titles for his achievements in the field of investor relations (IR): Best IR in Poland, Best IR in Central Europe and many others.
Jacek Mendelewski
Member of the Management Board
A graduate of the Faculty of Chemical Technology and Engineering of the Academy of Technology and Agriculture in Bydgoszcz, specializing in chemical technology. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Łódź University of Technology (Prime Mover) and at the Nicolas Copernicus University in Toruń (Commercial Law), as well as an Executive MBA program at the Wielkopolska Business School of the University of Economics in Poznań.
Almost from the very beginning of his career, he worked at ANWIL where he continued along a path of promotions, holding the positions of a process engineer at the Saltpetre Facility, the manager of the Nitric Acid Department, the assistant manager and then the manager of the Saltpetre Facility, finally becoming the Director for the Production of Fertilizers in May 2015.
Since 10 November 2018, a Member of the Management Board for Production of ANWIL S.A.
