Łukasz Silski 

Member of the Management Board, Sales

A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business, with a major in Economics. He is a business practitioner with many years of experience in managing international sales teams. He has in-depth knowledge of the petrochemical industry, gained while working in various companies, ranging from plastics manufacturers and compounders to the processing segment.

He began his career at Wavin, a global provider of solutions for the construction and infrastructure industry. There, he developed competencies in areas such as procurement, business analysis, and export sales. During his two years at the company’s headquarters in the Netherlands, he was responsible for implementing a project to improve sales pricing efficiency across the entire Group. From 2011 to 2019, he was associated with the ORLEN Unipetrol Group, where he successively held positions such as Director of Sales Pricing Policy Management and Managing Director at ORLEN Unipetrol Deutschland GmbH. Later, as Sales Director in the Plastics segment at ORLEN Unipetrol Group, he was responsible for developing, planning, and implementing effective sales strategies, as well as exploring new market opportunities. In recent years, he was associated with Grupa Azoty Polyolefins, where, as Sales Director, he was responsible for building the sales team and competencies, and defining the sales strategy.

He has expertise in strategic business planning and process optimization. He is also an expert in change management and the development and implementation of new business models.
