Graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Technology and Engineering, specializing in chemical technology, at the University of Technology and Agriculture in Bydgoszcz. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Lodz University of Technology (Machines and energetic devices) and at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (Commercial Law), as well as Executive MBA studies at the Wielkopolska Business School at the Poznań University of Economics and Business.

Almost from the very beginning of his professional career, he was employed at ANWIL, where he consistently followed the path of promotion, holding the following positions: process engineer at the Nitrate Plant, manager of the Nitric Acid Department, deputy manager and then manager of the Nitrate Plant, and in May 2015 he became the Fertilizer Production Director.

He was responsible for, among others, supervising the processes of production and production planning based on the highest standards of operational excellence, ensuring a high level of process safety and safety of people involved in the production process, while maintaining the highest quality of products.

He has many years of experience in managing technological, investment and development processes in the chemical industry. Member of international industry organizations, expert in the optimization and efficiency of production process management.

Since the 10th of November 2018 he is a Member of the Management Board of ANWIL responsible for Production.
