Change in the Management Board of ANWIL S.A.

Konrad Tajduś is a graduate of the Krakow University of Economics, majoring in foreign trade. He also graduated in computer science with specialization in IT systems at the AGH University of Krakow and has a postgraduate diploma in Technology & Chemical and Process Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. He holds an international certificate Management in Engineering I – issued by MITx. He is fluent in English, which has been confirmed by the LCCI certificate issued by the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and speaks Czech on a communicative level.

He has over twenty years of experience in business.

He started his professional career at Accenture - an international business consulting company, where, as a manager, he was responsible for the preparation and implementation of IT projects and large process and system transformation programs.

In the years 2011-2016 he was associated with the ORLEN Group, where he started working as the Process Optimization Director of Unipetrol RPA (now ORLEN Unipetrol), next to become a Member of the Board of Directors at Ceska Rafinerska. From January 2014 he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors at ORLEN Eko and in 2015 he became the CEO of ORLEN Południe.

For the last 7 years, he has worked in key managerial positions at Accenture, where he was responsible, among others, for: the development of the IT technology area and the digital transformation and industry 4.0 agenda for selected large industry sectors in Poland.

He is a competent person with extensive experience in enterprise management, its operational processes, as well as in building and implementing the company's strategy. He was responsible for restructuring and optimization programs aimed at improving the economic and operational efficiency of the company and for implementing organizational and process harmonization in post-merger programs.

From May 27, 2024 the company’s Management Board will consist of three Members: President of the Management Board – Konrad Tajduś, Member of the Management Board for Production - Jacek Mendelewski, Member of the Management Board for Purchasing and Investments - Piotr Stróżyk.
